The House on Loon Lake | Editorial Illustration

This piece was done for a third year Illustration course where we were focusing on editorial illustration work. We were assigned a piece of text or audio to interpret and visually portray and in this instance, I was assigned the episode "The House on Loon Lake" from the podcast series "This American Life" found here: https://www.thisamericanlife.org/199/house-on-loon-lake

At the time of this work, depicting environments and backgrounds were not something I was familiar or comfortable with so this served as a great piece to challenge myself with that.
