Hansel and Gretel - Fairy Tale Illustration

I did this illustration for an assignment led by art director Alexia Tryfon who came in as a guest speaker for my Professional Applications course.

We were given a list of folktales to interpret and I chose Hansel and Gretel (if it wasn’t obvious). 😂
Listen, anyone who really knows me knows I’m big on fairy tales... so I had a BLAST tackling this. The work process itself was kinda gruelling but I am super happy with the result.
